The mission of Paramount Fashion Group is to support the development of the fashion industry by producing high quality, outstanding product lines and by providing support to industry professionals through consulting and education.

HISTORY

Since 1996 fashion industry professional Curtis Ford has acquired knowledge and a unique set of skills that have guided his experience.  Ford has gained a thorough perspective of the industry through his experiences in positions such retail manager, visual merchandiser, apparel designer, fashion stylist, fashion editor and wholesale apparel sales representative. His knowledge of the "Business of Fashion" was derived by working with a diverse range of companies from upstarts to well established, some of which include:

American Eagle Outfitters

Burlington Coat Factory

Chicago Apparel Center

Kansas City Costume Company

Various Multimedia Producers

Various Independent Designers

and others

Along the way in his own journey, Ford has always been an avid supporter of other independent designers, creative types, and especially young future designers.  In 2008 Ford added apparel development consultation to the sewing construction and design services he provided as a freelance design professional. 

In 2010, with the development of product lines, event production, educational seminars and support services for the Fashion Industry, Paramount Fashion Group is helping guide the next generation of fashion industry professionals.
